Order Processing

A: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before they are shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification.

A: Shipping times vary depending on your location:

A: Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders over $15.

Q: Are Mochi stickers waterproof?
A: Yes, all Mochi stickers are waterproof and designed to be durable for everyday use.

Q: What surfaces can the stickers be applied to?
A: Mochi stickers can be applied to many surfaces including:

  • Laptops
  • Phones
  • Water bottles
  • Notebooks
  • Tablets

They may also work on other surfaces. However, Mochi Brand is not responsible for any damage that may occur due to sticker application or removal.


Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We currently do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged.

Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
A: If your order arrives damaged, please take a clear photo of the item immediately and email it to:

Please include a short explanation of how the order was damaged so we can review and assist you.


Shipping Issues

Q: What happens if my order is lost during shipping?
A: If an order is confirmed lost due to shipping, the customer will receive:

  • A full refund, and
  • An additional $10 store credit for use in our store.

Q: What if my order is delayed?
A: If your order experiences significant delays during shipping, we will issue a 10% discount voucher that can be used on a future purchase.
