Returns
We currently do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged.
Because our products are packaged and handled carefully before shipping, we encourage customers to review their order details before completing their purchase.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
To report a damaged item, please follow these steps:
- Take a clear photo of the damaged item immediately after receiving it.

- Include a short explanation describing how the item was damaged.
Once we review the information, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.
Lost Orders
If an order is confirmed lost during shipping, the customer will receive:
- A full refund, and
- An additional $10 store credit that can be used on a future purchase.
Shipping Delays
If your order experiences significant delays during shipping, we will provide a 10% discount voucher that can be used on a future purchase.
