All orders are shipped from Singapore.

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all orders over $15.

Shipping fees for orders below this amount may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Lost Packages

If an order is confirmed lost during shipping, the customer will receive:

  • A full refund, and
  • An additional $10 store credit that can be used on our store.

Customers who believe their package is lost should contact us for assistance.

Delayed Shipments

Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as postal service disruptions or customs processing.

If your order experiences significant delays, we will issue a 10% discount voucher that can be used on a future purchase.
